I check the reported tester that according to the report is having a login and hang up problem.But when I checked it accrding to the maint guy it is okay and back to normal.
Next I set a default printer in a UNIX based tester.Since the tester's default printer is not working any more.
I also did some assessment on one of our Windows based tester,which is having problem with it's network connection.The said tester is used by a customer that is using a private network.
Another assessment on one of a UNIX based tester,this tester experience hang up according to the person who reported it.
Lastly,the most simple one.Temporary root password requested by a PE.
