I assess the problem regarding how to pay one of our vendor/supplier,actually our customer's vendor,the service the gave us regarding the tape drive.Unfortunately,the vendor was not accredited by our company which is a big problem.We need to submit 8d to our finance department..=(

Also had a hardware problem in the "controversial" tester again.Their interface car was not detected,what I did is just update the driver
